Jamie E. Stilwill started her work with standards, improvements and making things simple in 2014. She grew into her consulting and leadership role in 2017, focusing more on supporting the growth and development of others and organizations. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Pacific Lutheran University, and Master of Health Administration from the University of Washington, and has over a decade of process improvement and change management experience. Jamie has a passion for learning and sharing her knowledge with others. She has received certifications from Prosci, the Association of Change Management Professionals, PMI and is Lean Black Belt and Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt certified. Jamie has presented and connected with people through podcasts, webinars, conferences and trainings. She and her husband, Charlie, share their home in Maple Valley, Washington with two amazing children, Abby and Jackson and a lifetime collection of Disney memories. Her life goal is to help people make things better, one step at a time.
