Monica's background as a trained singer, coupled with bachelor's degree in music, infuses her narratives with rich musical themes. She lives in the upper midwest, and draws inspiration for her settings from the northern, forest-clad climate. Beyond writing, she is a mother, wife, full-time worker (in a field I will leave mysterious), and choreographer. Her work ranges from fantasy, romance, to sci-fi, and promises to sweep readers into an immersive world where love and magic intertwine.
