Autorenporträt
Gallegos is originally from Chicago. A seasoned hitchhiker/traveler, touring musician, poet and filmmaker. She is currently an Azteca and Flamenco dancer in NM, a student of Dance Anthropology and Latin Island Cultural Studies at UNM and working on her creative non-fiction book of stories from her hitchhiking days and interlacing those stories with documentaries of her fathers immigration story and writes poetry every morning.
