Brice had been invited to go on a camping trip with Marco and his friends. They were older guys that he thought were his friends. However, Marco had his own reasons for inviting Brice to go camping with them. On the camping trip, Brice meets Jay an older guy that isn't like Marco and his other friends. After Jay has leaves to go home, Marco has Brice tied between two trees. Then they beat and rape him before leaving him tied up in the woods to die. He would have died if Carter had not found him. Brice tells how he got revenge on those who raped him and left him to die in those woods and how Jay became the live of his life. This book is part of the Heart Love series. While the book can stands on its own, it picks up where "Heart Love the story of Matt and Nate" left off.
