Katie Fisher is the in-house writer and editor at Meze Publishing. She has worked with the company for over two and a half years and authored more than twenty cook books. Her editorial credits include Out Of My Tree – Midsummer House by the two-star Michelin chef Daniel Clifford, which made the final three in the Gourmand Best Book of the Year Awards and was featured in Great British Chefs, Olive Magazine, Observer Food Monthly and on Saturday Kitchen.
