This is a first time effort on the part of Rex and Paula to write a book. It came out of necessity to try and comfort a crying grandson, and the story did the trick. Because he wanted the story to be told exactly the same way each time, we had to put it in writing. The couple have been married for 24 years. They have a blended family of 6 kids, 12 grandkids and 1 grandson-in-law. They are full-time ministers and also do volunteer construction work and disaster relief.
