Socioeconomista y consultor internacional, el Dr. Jules Dumas Nguebou es experto en gobernanza y desarrollo social y cofundador de varios movimientos cívicos en África, entre ellos ASSOAL y la RNHC. Recibió el Premio RFI NetAfrique en 2005 y el Premio Presupuesto Participativo en 2004 (Brasil), y fue finalista de los Premios Mundiales del Hábitat 2009.
