Born in 1941 in Romania/Transylvania during the turmoil of World War II, Martin Kari's life unfolded along many remarkable pathways.Guided first by technical studies and later by formal higher education, he developed a keen sense of exploration, adventure, intellect, and humanity-qualities that shaped both his life and his writing.As a true global citizen, Martin worked and lived on four continents before finally settling in Australia in 1981 with his Finnish wife and their six children.
