What started out as uncoordinated, seemingly bad, one might even say useless ramblings of a young woman trying to figure herself out became something more along the way. A coping mechanism for past and present events she rarely shared with anyone. Every single trauma is unique and everyone deals with it in a different way. What started out as uncoordinated, seemingly bad, one might even say useless ramblings of a young woman trying to figure herself out became something more along the way. A coping mechanism for past and present events she rarely shared with anyone. Every single trauma is unique and everyone deals with it in a different way. I felt, this could be an opportunity to let the creation speak for itself so that the words might not only help me but maybe let someone else who is suffering feel a little less alone in what they are going through. This Book contains my most inner thoughts, worries and happy moments, written down mostly in poetic form, during my still ongoing process of navigating life with chronic and mental health issues and processing, recovering and healing from past traumas that still linger and tend to create new obstacles almost every single day. So in lack for a better term, basically this is kinda like a poetic autobiography.

Autorenporträt
I am no one special. Just another mentally deranged woman with a package deal including past trauma causing depression, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, borderline personality disorder, a sick dark sense of humor and sarcasm as a second language. Or in other words, I am a goofy, caring, loyal, self critical, perfectionist, that, depending on her mood and the way you treat her, can be your favorite and most reliable person or your worst nightmare. I was born in April 1996 (you can do the math) and love listening to music, and spending time with my wife and dogs. I am very much LGBTQ+ friendly. If this description makes you shake your head and snark, the things I write about and the way I do so is probably not for you. If you grin from one ear to the other by now and you do not mind a little darkness take a peek and find out more.
