Paula Gomes Moreira est titulaire d'un doctorat en relations internationales de l'université de Brasilia et est chercheur associé à l'Institut de recherche économique appliquée. Natália Couto de Oliveira est titulaire d'une maîtrise en sciences politiques de l'université du Chili et d'une maîtrise en relations internationales de l'université d'État de Rio de Janeiro.
