An engaging, happy introduction to Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation program for personal growth, inner peace, self-actualization, enlightenment, and world peace. This book is an up-to-date version of The TM Book, an international best-seller that has sold more than 1 million copies in 7 languages since 1975. This book presents a wealth of insight and information in a simple informal dialog, illustrated by hundreds of cartoons and whimsical drawings to clarify the main points. The dialog is also accompanied by 60+ science charts and diagrams illustrating decades of extensive research on TM in psychology, sociology, health, aging, and stress reduction, including PTSD. The science charts include brief descriptions of the research and full bibliographical references. A concise and helpful index provides quick access to the dozens of subjects covered in both the dialog and the research.
