Tree of Reconciliation is an indigenous conflict resolution play. The play highlights clash of values between purists and the council of elders in Pawor. Ugeto and Obi decry the introduction of transcontinental world views and wishes to protect native values of Pawor people. This effort is impeded by express direction from chief claiming that the traditional dogmas are primitive and should not go on in the interest of prosperity for all. Celina assists the parties to reach the Kacoke Madit Agreement. Before undergoing the 'Mato Oput' ritual.
