As an experienced health professional in physical therapy and cardiac rehabilitation, Suzanne Capizzano knows well the specific benefits of the Mediterranean Lifestyle by choosing high-quality extra virgin olive oils, legumes, vegetables, and fish. She enjoys preparing simple healthy meals with color, texture, and flavor. For ten years, Suzanne taught a course on a specialized, balanced program that incorporated a medical qigong form called Daoyin Yangsheng Gong. She received her 3rd Duan for Qigong from the Beijing Sports University in March of 2011. She also was a board examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige Recognition Award for a non-profit organization called Quality Council that served NH and VT. Suzanne has enjoyed holding degrees in Physical Therapy, Patient Advocacy, and Workforce Development & Education over the past 25 years. It has been a joy to be of service to many.
