Sharitta Marshall a recovered survivor of corporate PTSD who has transformed her personal experiences into a mission to support underrepresented and marginalized professionals-particularly Black employees. As a former Global ERG Leader and DEI Strategist, she witnessed how workplace barriers, from microaggressions to being undervalued, hinder career growth and professional fulfillment. Drawing from her MBA, DEI and Instructional Design certifications, and extensive experience in SaaS, Ed Tech, and leadership, Sharitta designs professional development training programs that empower employees to navigate corporate spaces, advocate for themselves, and achieve leadership success. She partners with ERGs and DEI leaders to create high-impact training solutions that drive career advancement, leadership development, and organizational change. She has worked with brands such as Chezie, Elevate, and SEEDSpot and is a sought-after speaker for industry events.
