The author's research interests are related to the study of the role of humans in production and society. He defended his PhD thesis on 'The human factor in modern design engineering: systemic aspects of formation.' He currently works at the Scientific Research Institute of Labour under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus.
