Her breakout novel, 'The Visits of Elizabeth' (1900), offered readers a unique epistolary narrative that keenly observed the manners and mores of upper-crust society through the fresh, uninhibited eyes of its youthful protagonist. Glyn's literary style was marked by lush descriptions, blending emotional introspection with social commentary, a trait that elevated her work in the realm of early feminist literature.
