Norbert Kinne, author, pastor, and teacher, was called to ministry in 1981 and was later internationally licensed within the Foursquare Church. He has served in many roles in the public sector, along with church leadership as both a senior and associate pastor. Currently, he is serving and encouraging the Church to rise up and fulfill the call to make disciples under the banner of Victorious Church Ministries in Tuscon, Arizona.
