Suni Moon is a creative, transformative guide sharing ancient practices in new ways to soothe and awaken body, mind and spirit. Her passions are sound, breath, meditation to help us all to find ways thru the physical "noise" to our higher self, our truer power and purpose. Suni's mission is to remember and understand the mystical world- seeking insight into mysteries beyond ordinary human knowledge. She studied sacred writings of many traditional religions, shared in Lakota ceremonies, trekked thru the Andes to learn from descendants of the Incas. Suni has trained in many healing modalities- energy healing, sound therapy, bodywork, qigong and more. She has followed the Yogic path beyond the poses to go deeply into meditation and breathwork. She learned with gurus, shamans and wise men and women all over the world. She is often found wandering deep into mother nature listening to the trees and receiving power from the earth below and the sun and moon above. From all this, Suni seeks the common threads in all these ways. Those are the sweet spots to her and often quite simple and easy to share. She's still learning and evolving her practices today.We now have a world with new realms being equally powered- the physical and spiritual, visible and invisible, practical/logical and magical. Suni hopes to help you connect those aspects of yourself to help us all build this new world with love and compassion for all life. Suni is a master energy healer, a healing music coomposer and performer and a fine artist.
