Nar¿nisa Kas¿mova was born on June 2, 1969, in Yom village, Zomin district, Jizzakh region, Republic of Uzbekistan. In 1983, she graduated from the Faculty of Journalism at Tashkent State University. She is the chief specialist of the Syrdarya regional branch of the Union of Writers of Uzbekistan. She was awarded the "Fame" medal.
