With over 23 years of teaching experience in human resource management, she specializes in compensation management, human resource planning, and leadership. She has experience in training people from both the academia and corporate world. She has several publications to her credit and is working on books related to HR analytics. Gazala Yasmin Ashraf, PhD, is Associate Professor at the Amity Business School at Amity University, Chhattisgarh, India. She has 24 years of industry and teaching experience in marketing, human resource management, and operations management. She is a certified project management trainer and has been instrumental in setting up various academic projects, such as Syllabus Management Systems and Timetable Management for Amity Business School. Gunjan Mishra, PhD, is Professor and Head of Psychology at the School of Arts & Humanities, ITM University, Raipur, India. With over 18 years in academia, industry, research, and consultancy, she has been instrumental in establishing psychology departments at several universities and institutions. She is also associated with All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Raipur, as visiting faculty of psychology. She has published research articles and book chapters on psychology, women, and gender. Tarannum Sarwar Dani, PhD, is Assistant Professor of Psychology at Jain (Deemed to be University), Bangalore, India. She has published papers in publications of national and international repute. She was also associated with projects funded by the Indian University Grants Commission and CCOST. She has organized several training workshops for medical professionals and has attended many sessions for RCI Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)-registered programs.
