Dr. WANG received Ph.D from Xi'an Jiaotong University, China in 2011. Henceforth he has been a researcher in Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Prof.KANG received master degree from Northwestern University, China in 2008. Henceforth she has been a full-time teacher in Air Force Engineering University.
