She runs Rushy Marsh Farm, which houses a variety of animals, from those rescued to majestic Olympic show-jumping horses. Monica's work with horses led to her involvement in the prestigious Global Champions community, fueling her passion for advocacy and nurturing a profound respect for these magnificent animals. She believes deeply in the potential of children to realize their dreams-to understand that with belief and visualization, the impossible becomes achievable. Monica lives in Boca Raton, Florida, with her husband and four beautiful children, plus their four dogs, three cats, rabbit, giant tortoise, and a menagerie of ponies, horses, pigs, ducks, and birds galore.
