Mustafa Efe Topaloğlu was born as a child of a household with 13-person family members in Çayeli district of Rize Province. Their great grandfathers had migrated to Rize from Hopa/Artvin, and Topaloğlu started his education in the elementary school of Aşıklar Village of Çayeli district. Following his graduation from Çayeli Religious Vocational Junior High School and Çayeli High School, he earned his diploma from the Business Administration Faculty of the Anatolian University.When only just 13 years old, he got to Istanbul and started working at an advertisement agency. At 15 he returned to his hometown to set up his own advertisement agency, and commenced his business life. Topaloğlu resumed on his education. In the following years, again in a very young age he made use of his experience he accumulated during his agency work to put up the first local radio of the Black Sea Region called Çay FM, and went on television broadcasting business through new initiatives in the media sector. Moving to Istanbul in 1994, Mustafa Efe Topaloğlu, took an active role in the media sector there by owning and managing a number of sectoral newspapers and magazines. He was also at play in the fields of music production and event organization.Setting foot in the software sector in 2004, Topaloğlu accomplished projects in the fields of e-commerce, software and cinematics. He is the producer of a feature film called "I am Nothing". He developed original application in the software sector. He owns a couple of useful model patents. Topaloğlu has been assuming active duties in NGOs, performing the roles of presidency of these organizations or sitting on their boards. Currently, he serves on the Advisory Board of the Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences Faculty of Istanbul Gelişim University.An entrepreneur businessman Mustafa Efe Topaloğlu, currently runs his companies operational in the fields of software, film, agency services, and internet media sectors as being their CEO.
