With a new administration the U.S. is recovering from the last administration's disastrous mistakes. International events and defense of our homeland are as treacherous as ever. They send the team to Russia to find out if they are advanced as we are in Quantum Science. They find that Russia lags behind the United States, but nonetheless inserts the new virus into Russia's land based and sea going operations. ¬ The net result is Russia's nuclear capabilities are neutralized.
