Dianna Reynolds' bad day goes from crappy to fatal when she finds herself in the wrong place at the wrong time and witnesses something she shouldn't have. Now, Dianna must evade a man who will stop at nothing to silence her. Dianna's day is off to a rough start, but things get worse from there. After a restless night, she wakes up to discover her car won't start, and there's a 45-minute wait for Roadside Assistance. Her tardiness makes her boss furious. Add in some choice words and sexist remarks from said boss, and Dianna's Friday mood is already in the toilet. When she finally gets to work, Dianna's boss immediately calls her into the office, threatening to write her up. Calling him on his bluff, Dianna pushes back. She refuses to accept his abuse of power-instead, inviting him to a meeting with HR to discuss his comments earlier that morning. Afraid of backlash, her boss attempts to de-escalate the situation and gives Dianna the rest of the day off. As a lighter, more energetic Dianna exits the building, she rounds the corner to see a cop, a slumped-over body, and a gun. Unsure of what she witnessed, Dianna speeds past the scene in front of her, only to be chased by the cop, first via car and then on foot. A kind passerby offers a reprieve in his car, and the two try to catch their breath... before more police cruisers track their location and show up. Can Dianna keep herself, and the kind new friends who promise to protect her, safe? Or will the policeman she saw commit a crime break his vow to "serve and protect" yet again?
