I'm amazed at the way it came together and blest my heart and soul. The year 2016, started with a lot of uncertainties in our lives. With many struggles and disappointments. So I decided to rise each morning and go before Him, as a humble child, to share with God, my Father, the deep and abiding love I have for Him. I wanted Him to know that my hope and trust is firmly placed in Him. I needed also, to ask that His goodness and guidance be profoundly laid out before me. I began stepping outside each morning to greet Him, and to make the start of each new day a visit with my Great and Almighty Father. Lifting my eyes to Heaven and acknowledging Him as my God and Creator. I took in deep breaths of His fresh morning air, and looked at His beauty all around me. I listened to the sounds of His creations in every direction. Then I offered my heart of love and gratitude. Knowing it was all I had to offer, and realizing it was all He asks for. Purposely standing before Him each morning quickly became an inspiration for this writing. I was greatly moved to pen my thoughts and feelings in a journal, and I discovered the process of doing it was making a huge change to all those uncertainties.

Dotty J. Edgerton is a mother, a wife, and a warrior. She has been through many physical and emotional battles and has overcome them all. She was struck by lightning at the age of six, lived in an abusive marriage, and was on life support after a head on vehicle accident that caused a traumatic brain injury. But along the way, she was thrilled when the road she was traveling, presented the opportunity to ride through the end of a rainbow! She became an author and speaker to share her story and experiences, and to give hope and inspiration to others. Her purpose is to write for the glory of God, and to encourage others to cultivate a closer walk with Him. She has discovered that even the most despairing circumstances can be turned around when we change our thoughts and attitudes. She has learned that all of life is better when she's focused on Jesus Christ, her Saviour and Healer.
