My life has been a tapestry of challenges and blessings, woven together with resilience, faith, and gratitude. Every twist and turn has shaped me into who I am today - a woman determined to leave a meaningful imprint on the world.I was born in Burgas, Bulgaria, where the Black Sea winds first taught me to listen to the whispers of stories. Later, life took me to Germany, and eventually across the ocean to the United States - each place shaping a new part of my journey. Along the way, I embraced my most sacred calling: motherhood. Raising my two sons, Viktor and Aleksandar, has been both my greatest joy and my greatest teacher.My studies in Sociology at Sofia University, my human rights work with the NGO Gemini, and my service as a Texas police officer and investigator in the Domestic Violence Unit reflect my lifelong devotion to justice, empathy, and truth.Writing has been my anchor through it all. My novel The Faces of Unborn Butterflies - honored by the Bulgarian Ministry of Culture - explores the depths of human suffering and redemption. Today, my creative heart beats for children's literature.
