Tom Dumoulin (Maastricht, 1990) es un ciclista, ya retirado, que fue uno de los grandes contrarrelojistas de su generación, campeón del mundo en 2017 y ganador del Giro de Italia ese mismo año. Nando Boers (Alkmaar, 1970) es un periodista deportivo especializado en ciclismo, Fórmula 1 y patinaje, con formación en Periodismo y Ciencias Políticas. Ha trabajado para medios como Sportweek y ha escrito varios libros de deportes, entre ellos este Por sensaciones, en colaboración con el ciclista Tom Dumoulin.
