She is intimately familiar with the challenges fatigue presents and now shares her story to inspire others to improve their wellbeing and build a brighter future. Sarah is a well-regarded thought leader on the topics of burnout and long-term fatigue. She draws on her expertise in mindset, health psychology, and behavioural change to create comprehensive solutions that untangle complexity and captures the human side of her subjects.
