Book Description The following collection of fifty poems has been born out of my own experience of mental illness. I was diagnosed with Bi Polar disorder in my late thirties and discovered that writing about it, and other conditions was helpful, even therapeutic. The aim of the collection is to reach and speak to people, sufferers or sane alike, giving some insights as to how these illnesses manifest, covering a wide range of disorders that affect people in our modern world.
