Florentino Cabrera García is a diplomat in the Mexican Foreign Service. He has been assigned to Mexican representations in the United States, Ethiopia and Germany. He is an economist trained at the IPN and has postgraduate degrees in environmental management and international relations. Originally from Ixhuatán, Oaxaca.
