With a foundation in engineering, Pete transitioned into training and economic development, where he honed his ability to help organisations manage and develop their people effectively. Over his career, he has supported more than 200 organisations in achieving the prestigious Investors in People (IIP) standard. In 1998, Pete founded Future Positive Consulting, which has since grown into a trusted partner for world-class organisations and fast-growing entrepreneurialbusinesses. Pete's work is driven by a passion for helping people get the best from their time, talents and efforts, professionally and in wider life, and for helping leaders build organisations that are excellent to buy from, work for and invest in.Academically, Pete holds a first-class Honours degree in psychology and two Master's degrees: one in Organisational and Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London, and another in Human Resource Development from Nottingham Trent University.
