With a career spanning over 50 years, he has experienced the industry from every angle: from owning and operating the Northeast's largest municipal towing company to serving as COO for a major wrecker manufacturer and VP of Tow Industry Programs for Auto Return.A 2001 inductee into the International Towing & Recovery Hall of Fame and a two-time recipient of the American Towman Medal for Heroism, Borowski has dedicated his career to advancing the profession through education and advocacy. As a prolific writer, editor, and trainer, he has served as Safety Editor for American Towman Magazine, founded influential organizations like the Police Towers of America and the Tow Technology Institute, and developed essential training curricula for towers and first responders nationwide.
