Mbwirire John ist Teilzeitdozent an der Zimbabwe Open University, Fakultät für angewandte Sozialwissenschaften. Er hat folgende Abschlüsse: Diplom in Personalmanagement, Diplom in Betriebswirtschaft, Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Psychologie, Master of Science in Frieden, Führung und Konfliktlösung. Derzeit Doktorand in Konflikt- und Friedensstudien.
