The material is organized through his Stop 6 Training Program as its skeleton. Stop 2 is all the vital collisions that spring from fingers on fingers, hands on hands, hands on wrists, both unarmed and grabs on weapons, releases, drills, exercises and scenarios. The book is in two parts. Part 1 covers the hand, stick, knife, gun universal commonalities of Stop 2. Part 2 covers the physical and mental requirements, skills, drills, and scenarios specific for Force Necessary hand, stick, knife, and gun level 2 course. A practitioner may choose to study one or all of these four courses.
