Sangaré Mouhamoud holds a doctorate in private law from the Université Cheikh Anta Diop in Dakar, Senegal, and is also a lecturer at the Université d'Abidjan. Recognized by the Ivorian Ministry of Justice as a certified legal advisor. His practice focuses on information and communication technology law.
