Transformation of Diplomatic, Socio-Economic, World Peace Strategy and Ethics and Cultural Education Reform for Officials through Education for the Preparation and Strengthening of National Leaders Improving Human Resources for Indonesian Leadership Implementation of the Mandate of the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila Proposal for the Nobel Peace Prize 2025 - 2026.This research explores a transformative framework for Indonesian leadership development rooted in diplomatic renewal, socio-economic equity, world peace strategy, and ethics-based cultural education reform. Anchored in the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila, the study proposes an integrative educational model to prepare and strengthen national leaders capable of advancing sustainable peace, inclusive governance, and global cooperation.The initiative emphasizes capacity-building for officials through ethics-driven curricula, intercultural dialogue, and strategic policy literacy aligned with SDG targets.Results based identified gaps in ethics and intercultural competencies in current leadership curricula. Found strong correlation between culturally inclusive education and diplomatic effectiveness. Mapped successful regional.
