This research investigated the relationship between transformational leadership style of principals and job satisfaction of teachers in the Secondary Schools in the State of Perak. This research investigated the relationship between transformational leadership style of principals and job satisfaction of teachers in the Secondary Schools in the State of Perak. However, regression analysis result shows that there are only 3 IV's showing high variance in explaining teacher's job satisfaction. Finally, the researcher recommended that school principals and Ministry of Educations should take into consideration of how their leadership styles can influence teacher's job satisfaction and encourage innovative and creativity among the teachers by having more transformational leaders.
