GAUTAM BHATIA is a practising constitutional lawyer and comparative constitutional law scholar, in New Delhi, India. He is the author of Horizontal Rights: An Institutional Approach (2023) and The Transformative Constitution: A Radical Biography In Nine Acts (2019), among other books. He has twice been admitted as an amicus curae by the Supreme Court of Kenya.
