Sonu Dua, PhD, is an Associate Professor and IQAC Coordinator at Lyallpur Khalsa College Technical Campus, India. He has 16 years of experience in both academia and industry. He has 15 national and international publications, including papers published in SCIE-, ESCI-, Scopus-, and ABDC-indexed journals as well as several books and book chapters. He has five patents and two copyrights. He is a guest editor of several journals, including the International Journal of Public Administration in the Digital Age, International Journal of Supply Chain Management and Information System, and others. He is also a reviewer for several international journals. He has won two awards for his work to date. Sakshi Dua, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the School of Computer Applications at Lovely Professional University, India. She has over 13 years of academic and research experience. She has published in 15 national and international publications, including SCIE-, ESCI-, Scopus-, and ABDC-indexed journals, as well as several books and book chapters. She has attended faculty development programs and workshops and serves as a guest editor for several journals, including the International Journal of Public Administration in the Digital Age, International Journal of Supply Chain Management and Information, and others. She is also a reviewer for several international journals. Pawanpreet Kaur, PhD, is an Associate Professor and Department Head at Lyallpur Khalsa College Technical Campus, Jalandhar, India. She has 16 years of teaching experience. She has 14 national and international publications to her credit, including two books and two patents. She won a young scientist award in the field of mathematics. She is a guest editor of four prestigious journals, including the International Journal of Early Childhood Special Education, Manager: The British Journal of Administrative Management, and the Korea Review of International Studies.
