Swati Gupta is Assistant Professor at Chitkara Business School, Chitkara University, Punjab, India. She earned a doctoral degree in management and has over 9 years of professional experience across various educational institutions. Sanjay Taneja is Associate Professor in the Department of Management Studies, Graphic Era (deemed to be a university), India. His areas of interest include accounting and finance (fin tech, green finance), risks, insurance management, green economics, and management of innovation in insurance. He earned a master's degree in management with a specialization in finance and marketing. He earned a PG degree in management (Gold Medalist) at Chaudhary Devi University, Sirsa, India, in 2012 and earned a PhD (sponsored by ICSSR) in 2016 at Chaudhary Devi University, Sirsa, India. He earned a post¿doctoral degree at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Banking and Insurance, Usak University, Turkey, in 2023. Dr. Taneja has published research papers in reputed journals and has more than 50 publications to his credit. He also has 2 ebooks, 1 textbook, 20 edited books, and 4 book chapters, all Scopus¿indexed. He has attended or organized more than 50 national and international conferences and has been invited as session chair, resource person, keynote speaker, and judge at various conferences in India and internationally. He is also a reviewer for several journals and has received several academic awards and recognitions. His motto in life is to grow and help others to grow. J. Paulo Davim is Professor at the University of Aveiro, Portugal. He is also distinguished as an honorary Professor at several universities, colleges, and institutes in China, India, and Spain. He earned a PhD in mechanical engineering, an MSc in mechanical engineering (materials and manufacturing processes), and a mechanical engineering degree (5 years) at the University of Porto (FEUP), the Aggregate title (Full Habilitation) at the University of Coimbra, and the DSc (Higher Doctorate) at the London Metropolitan University. He is a Fellow (FIET) of IET¿London and Eur Ing by Engineers Europe FEANI¿Brussels. He is also a Senior Chartered Engineer by the Portuguese Institution of Engineers with an MBA and specialist titles in engineering and industrial management as well as in metrology. He has more than 35 years of teaching and research experience in manufacturing, materials, mechanical, and industrial engineering, with special emphasis in machining, tribology, and surface engineering. Dr. Davim is also interested in design, management, sustainability, artificial intelligence, engineering education, and higher education for sustainability. He has guided large numbers of postdoc, PhD, and master's students as well as coordinated and participated in several financed research projects. He has received several scientific awards and honors and has worked as an evaluator of projects for the ERC¿European Research Council and other international research agencies and as an examiner of PhD theses for many universities in different countries. He is the Editor¿in¿Chief of several international journals, a guest editor of journals, a book editor, a book series editor, and a scientific adviser for many international journals and conferences.
