Dr. S. Vijayan, is currently working as Associate Professor in Department of Mechanical Engineering at SSN College of Engineering has 20 years of teaching experience. He has received his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from the Madurai Kamarajar University in 1997, completed his post graduate Masters of Engineering (M.E.) in Industrial Engineering from Thigarajar College of Engineering in 1998 and Doctorate Ph.D. from the Anna University in the year 2010. To his credit he has completed two research sponsored projects to the tune of 30 lakh funded by Naval research Board, DRDO and SSN Trust. He has published 25 International journals papers to his credit. He has published two books for VDM-Verlag and Lambert, respectively. He served in administrative responsibilities such as Chairman Valuation in Anna University and Additional Controller of Examination in SSN Institutions. Dr. NACHIAPPAN SUBRAMANIAN SP is currently working as Professor in Operations and Logistics Management & Supply Chains, University of Business School, University of Sussex, United Kingdom. Formerly he served as Associate Professor in Nottingham University Business School China. In total, he has 20 years of experience including 18 years in academia and 2 years in a consulting company. He has received his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from the Madurai Kamarajar University in 1995, completed his post graduate Masters of Engineering (M.E.) in Production Engineering from Thigarajar College of Engineering in 1998 and Doctorate Ph.D. from the Madurai Kamarajar University in the year 2006. He has completed his postdoctoral research from Nottingham University and Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University. To his credit, he has completed several sponsored projects to the tune of £ 438,370. To date, he has published 89 peer-reviewed refereed research papers. His research interest areas are in sustainablesupply chains (environmental and social/humanitarian issues), risk and resilience, technology enabled operations and marketing interface, and in performance measurement. Dr. Sankaranarayanasamy K is serving currently as Director of NIT Pondicherry, formerly a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli, received his B.E. Mechanical Engineering (Hons) in 1981 from PSG College of Technology, India. He received his M.Tech Production Engineering in 1983 and Ph.D. in 1989 from Indian Institute of Technology Madras, India. His research targets finite element simulation of welding processes, Ergonomics Study and Gear Design. He has authored more than 75 papers in international and national journals and has attended conferences in Slovak Republic, China, America and Austria. To his credit, he has completed several sponsored projects (total worth of Rs. 60 lakhs) funded by BHEL, Trichy, NLC, Neyveli and DST. Heserved in administrative responsibilities such as Head of the Department, Dean and Director of NIT.
