Graduating from The Wharton Graduate School and certified as a Reform Jewish Educator, ARTHUR L. FINKLE, is an Advanced Practitioner, Association for Conflict Resolution. He has taught numerous business and social science undergraduate and graduate courses at Rutgers University, Rider University, Kean University and Mercer County Community College.
