Francesca Delgado Metz, lovingly nicknamed Truffles, is an inspiring young author who has already begun to make her way in the world. Born in the bustling city of Boston, Francesca discovered her love for storytelling early on-entertaining family and friends with her creative tales. From a young age, Francesca has been fascinated by new places. Whether it's visiting big cities, hiking through forests, or exploring rivers, lakes and oceans, she has a knack for finding magic in every corner of the world. Sunapee, New Hampshire, a frequent getaway for Truffles and her family, is where her heart still lives in the United States. After kindergarten, Francesca packed her bags and moved from Boston to Madrid with her parents. The move opened up a world of new experiences and was the inspiration for this book. As she acclimated to life in Madrid with a notebook in hand, she filled page after page with sketches, short stories, and observations about her new adventures and the things she missed most about Boston and the USA.Francesca's favorite activities include reading, writing, drawing, skating, sewing, horseback riding, and playing Minecraft. She adores animals and nature and holds a special place in her heart for horses, dogs, jaguars, and axolotls. Since moving to Madrid, Francesca has developed a love for math. She enjoys solving puzzles and tackling challenging problems, often inventing games that combine her math skills with storytelling.With her vivid imagination and passion for exploring, Francesca dreams of becoming an accomplished writer and artist one day, sharing her stories with anyone who loves a good adventure!
