Matluba Jobborovna Egamberganova nasceu em 18 de junho de 1993, no distrito de Khiva, região de Khorezm. É autora de mais de 30 artigos científicos e de uma monografia. Doutorada em Filosofia (PhD) em História e Professora Associada, lecciona atualmente História na Universidade Inovadora de Urgench.
