Andrew Heller was born in 1960 in South Africa to an American Father and A South African Mother. He began writing short stories and Poetry at the age of eight. After re-location from Cape Town to America in 1983 he began to write and do more shows, traveling with one, singing and dancing with 'Easy Does The Stars'. Whilst living in Austin Texas he met Trevor Romain, who today remains one of his lifelong friends and a bestselling children's author. Andrew continued his career in film, television, continuing his writing, while still doing a third job doing cabaret shows whilst running a very successful video business. Andrew continued to write book after book, screenplay after screenplay and even more poetry. He cranked out 'A Diary Of Poems', 44 years worth and two volumes. He then resurrected 'A Gift Of The Heart and began to update the screen play and book. Within five months the screenplay had a teaser, some actors chosen, radio shows done, endorsements in place and on the cusp of production. Andre began writing the screenplay for the award winning cult film 'Grinders.' Hard work, and perseverance got the film made and now you can see it streaming all over the world on multiple services like Amazon Prime.
