Growing up in rural Nova Scotia, M. Ashley Anderson spent most of her time in nature creating stories, poems and music. She later pursued a career in massage therapy and although she enjoyed her 25 years in the profession, she always felt like a part of her was missing. To open her creative channels she turned to mindfulness and nature photography, leading her to Arizona, where it became clearer than ever, she needed to return to her true love, writing. Shortly thereafter, her first novel, turquoise, was born. She now resides in Nova Scotia's picturesque south shore where she enjoys hiking, chasing sunsets, taking photos, and walking on the beach searching for sea glass hearts. Follow M.
