Vaani Gowda, the author is a 3rd year MBBS student from Bangalore. Publishing a book or becoming a poet was never her plan - it all began with sharing a few heartfelt verses on Instagram. To her surprise those raw, honest verses resonated deeply with readers, bringing inspiration, comfort and healing. Their love and encouragement ignited the spark that became this book. Her aim is to live every minute with purpose. As a future doctor, she wishes to heal the bodies and through her poems, the soul within. Alongside her academic and literary pursuits, she is also an artist who finds joy in drawing and painting, where colors speak the words that she cannot.
