Autorenporträt
Shinji Sakazume was born in 1966 (Niigata, Japan). He is a graduate of Yokohama University's Faculty of Arts and Sciences, founder of Sport & Science, NSCA strength and conditioning specialist and teacher at the Yokohama YMCA Sports School. He has coached athletes and models, teaches at sports schools and has advised and supervised sports-related content in various media, including Tarzan magazine (Magazine House). He is also the author of numerous books, such as The Magic of Squats (Nihon Bungeisha), which has sold more than 270,000 copies.
