Catherine H. Miller has been spending summers in Rehoboth Beach since she was very young, and she has been a permanent resident since 2002. She has been in the education field for nearly 40 years as a teacher and specialist at a variety of levels. Her love of writing began when she was a middle school teacher in Austin, Texas. Under a Mermaid Moon is her first book.
